What data we process and why
The only personal data we collect on this website is what you give us when requesting a NETASET demo: your name, your email and, if you choose to tell us, your company, your approximate headcount and what kind of sites you clean. We use it exclusively to handle your request and get in touch with you.
If you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we will process the data you provide for the sole purpose of answering your query. Bear in mind that WhatsApp is a Meta service with its own privacy terms.
The legal basis for processing is your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by writing to us.
What we don't do
- This website uses no cookies or equivalent technologies.
- There are no third-party analytics, tracking pixels or advertising. Fonts are self-hosted: your visit makes no requests to third-party servers.
- We don't share your data with anyone or use it for anything other than handling your request.
- We make no international transfers: data is hosted in the EU.
Retention
We keep your request for as long as needed to handle it, or until you withdraw your consent, whichever comes first. If you become a customer, your data is then governed by the service's own privacy information; if not, we delete it.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@netaset.es. If you believe we haven't handled it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
And inside the product
This policy covers the netaset.es website. Data processing inside the application —clock-ins, rotas, staff— has its own privacy information, delivered upon contracting; there, the cleaning company is the data controller and SET and Parsecs acts as processor. Two design principles always apply: location is taken only at the instant of clocking in, never as tracking, and the building's client never sees names or personal data of the team.
