Working-time records & operations · cleaning companies

The clock-in, the rota and the proof for your client. All in one place.

NETASET turns the one natural gesture of the day —arriving and getting to work— into a working-time record that stands up to a labour inspection, hours ready for payroll, and a report your property manager reads without calling you. It works in a basement with no signal, in five languages.

The rule that already applies to you

The signature sheet in the lobby is not a working-time record. And you know it.

Daily working-time records have been mandatory in Spain since 2019 for your entire staff; they must be kept for four years and be available to the Labour Inspectorate, to each worker and to their representatives. With a team spread across dozens of buildings, paper doesn't make it: it gets lost, gets signed in bulk on Fridays, and doesn't survive an inspector's first question.

NETASET solves it where it happens: clock-ins take place at the work site, at the moment, chained to who, where and when. Corrections leave a trail. What you produce as evidence is what was recorded that day.

€751 — €7,500 Fine for a serious infringement of working-time record rules, per work centre (LISOS, art. 7.5).
Art. 34.9 Workers' Statute A daily record with the start and end of the working day, kept for four years. For part-timers, also a monthly summary delivered with the payslip (art. 12.4.c).
And digital is coming The reform under way points to digital records with remote access for the Inspectorate. If you already clock in digitally, nothing will change for you.
What actually happens in a cleaning company

WhatsApps at 6:30, a spreadsheet only one person understands, and the feeling that some contract is losing money

01 Hours get pieced together at month end

Timesheets that never arrive, calls to confirm substitutions, and two days of admin every close. Payroll goes out late and with doubts — and doubts always get argued after payday.

02 The client asks whether anyone came today

Without data, the conversation with the property manager is word against word, and the supplier's word weighs less at renewal time. A contract without data gets renewed by arguing about price.

03 You learn the margin when it's too late to fix

If real hours aren't recorded per site, prices get reviewed by gut feeling. Bad contracts survive for years because nobody can prove they're bad.

It all has the same origin: the data isn't captured when it happens. NETASET doesn't add a chore; it makes the act of arriving generate the data — and that data works three times: compliance, payroll and client.

The team app · iOS and Android

One screen, one button. At 6:40, gloves on, no signal

It's designed for the worst case: a low-end phone, 30 % battery, a basement with no signal. Clock-ins are stored on the phone and sent automatically when coverage returns. No state —imprecise GPS, out of zone, permission denied— ever blocks the clock-in button: work doesn't stop.

  • Shift tasks agreed with each client, ticked by tapping the whole row.
  • Incidents with a photo in two steps, with site, time and author.
  • Their hours before payroll, with a one-tap claim if something doesn't add up.
  • Holidays and sick leave from the phone: request, balance and sick note by photo.
  • In their language, chosen on the app's first screen, not in a hidden setting.
The office desktop · Windows and macOS

It opens at 7:00 and answers one question: is there anything to fix right now?

The first screen is an exceptions screen: if the day is going well, it's nearly empty and says so. The rest are the tools of the trade, not a generic ERP with the word “cleaning” on top.

A rota that warns in words Drag a shift and the system names the conflict —rest time, overlap, contract— instead of bouncing. A 6:30 sick call gets covered with the options that actually fit.
Part-time hours paid right Each part-time contract's real hours, against its agreed top-up hours and their limit. Whatever exceeds it is paid as ordinary hours, each one linked to its clock-in. No written agreement? It doesn't offer to pay — it warns.
Profitability per contract Contracted hours versus real hours and each site's margin, today. Renewals get negotiated with numbers; what isn't known is shown in grey, never as a zero.
Absences with a chain effect One sick leave moves the rota, the hours, the payroll and what the client sees — and the desktop shows all four together. The sick note arrives by photo from the app.
Payroll without retyping A monthly close per person —ordinary, top-up, public holidays, night work— to LABORSET or to your payroll advisor. Every figure with its source clock-in.
Staff transfers without surprises When a contract changes hands, the site's personnel file comes out ready: seniority, hours, conditions. The sector's collective agreement demands it; NETASET has it done.
Your client's app

Your client checks the service in ten seconds. And stops doubting the invoice

The property manager sees what was done today in their building, the month's history against contracted hours, and a PDF report for the homeowners' meeting — with your brand on it. They see the service, never the people: no names, no locations, no medical reasons.

It's the strongest sales tool in the system: a contract with data gets renewed by discussing the service; one without data gets renewed by discussing the price.

Incidents both waysWhat your team spots reaches them with a photo; what they request comes in with a date and an owner, not in a WhatsApp.
Coverage made visibleOn holiday or sick days they see “service covered”, never the reason. Continuity proves itself.
Compliance and data

Built by an employment-law firm, not a software company

Behind NETASET is SET LEGAL. The criteria on collective agreements, working time, rest and staff transfers are maintained by the same firm that defends these matters before the Labour Inspectorate and in court. When the rules change, the app changes — no waiting for a software vendor to find out.

Records that survive an inspection Daily, per person and site, tamper-proof, kept four years and exportable the same day it's requested. Corrections record who, when and why: an editable record with no trail defends nobody.
Minimal location, and explained Only at the instant of clocking in, never in the background. There is no tracking, no route map, no movement history: it doesn't exist and it never will. You can clock in even with the permission denied.
Transparency with your staff A screen in their language explains what is collected, who sees it and how to download their data. The worker sees her hours before anyone else. With that, the works council stops being an obstacle to rollout.
Data in the EU, no third-party analytics Encryption, EU hosting and zero advertising SDKs — including on this website. The building's client never sees names or personal data of your team.
How it fits with the rest

Four pieces, each doing its job

NETASET doesn't reinvent payroll or invoicing: it stands on the house engines already in production. Fewer places to type the same data, fewer places to get it wrong.

Working time & service NETASET Clock-ins, rota, tasks, incidents, part-time hours and the client app. It's where you work.
Payroll LABORSET Contracts, payslips and Social Security via CEGID. It receives NETASET's closed hours, no retyping.
Invoicing FACTUSET Series, Verifactu with chained hashes and QR, submission to the Spanish tax agency. Service hours reach the invoice from the same source.
The defence SET LEGAL Employment advice and legal defence. The criteria inside the app, and the firm that answers when the Inspectorate calls.
Plans

You pay for the size of your staff, not per clock-in

Clock-ins are unlimited on every plan: charging per clock-in would be charging you for complying with the law. Employment advisory is priced separately and tailored, because a staff of six and a staff of sixty don't need the same thing.

What if we ran your employment side too? Behind NETASET is a firm of employment lawyers. If you want us to handle contracts, payroll and defence before the Labour Inspectorate as well, we'll set up an advisory fee with the software included, based on your staff size. One contact for working time, payroll and the courtroom.

No lock-in. Your rotas, tasks and documents are yours and leave with you whenever you want; working-time records stay in custody for as long as the law requires.

Questions from cleaning-company owners, not from a brochure

What everyone asks us

Are working-time records mandatory for my part-time staff too?

Especially for them. Daily records have been mandatory for all staff since 2019 (art. 34.9 of the Workers' Statute), and for part-time contracts the requirement is older and stricter: day-by-day records plus a monthly summary delivered with the payslip (art. 12.4.c). Without that record, in court the contract is presumed full-time. NETASET generates both from the same clock-in.

Can I ask my team to clock in with geolocation?

Yes, within limits: location must be proportional (only at the moment of clocking in), informed (staff know what is collected and who sees it) and never continuous tracking. NETASET is built exactly on that criterion: it takes location only at clock-in, lets people clock in even if they deny the permission, and no route map exists. The information text for your staff, in all five languages, comes ready-made.

What if the building or the basement has no signal?

Nothing happens. The clock-in is stored on the phone with its real time and sent automatically when the signal returns; the worker sees “saved on the phone” in grey, with no alarm, because it isn't an error. On the desktop those clock-ins show as “queued”, not as absences. For sites without GPS there's a plan B: a QR code at the site itself.

A worker on a 20-hour contract works extra hours. How are they paid?

As top-up (“complementary”) hours, never overtime: on a part-time contract overtime doesn't exist (except force majeure). They're paid as ordinary hours and require a written agreement with a limit. NETASET tracks each part-timer's real hours against their agreement, warns from 80 % of the limit and blocks the close if it's exceeded. With no agreement, it doesn't offer to pay: it warns that the excess should not have happened.

Does my client see my workers' names?

No. The property manager sees the service: real schedule, completed tasks, incidents with photos and the monthly report. Never names, locations or absence reasons — on sick or holiday days they see “service covered”. Your team is yours; your client buys the result.

We're taking over a contract another company used to run. What about staff transfer?

The sector's collective agreement requires taking on the staff assigned to the site. NETASET keeps the file per site —people, seniority, hours, conditions— ready to hand over or to demand when a contract changes hands, within the agreement's deadlines. And if there's a dispute, SET LEGAL is behind it — the firm that litigates it.

I already use a clock-in app. What does this add?

That the clock-in doesn't stop at a list of hours: it feeds the rota, computes part-timers' top-up hours with their legal limit, closes payroll without retyping, and proves the service to your client in their own app. And the employment-law criteria inside are maintained by a law firm, not a roadmap: when the rules change, the app changes.

What about my payroll advisor? Another program to learn?

No. At month end they receive the close per person —ordinary, top-up, public holidays, night work, sick days— in the format they already use, every figure linked to its clock-in. If you'd rather we ran your employment side with LABORSET, that works too: behind NETASET there's a law firm.
